Keyhole Conversation is an abstract animation with flickering colors, sliding lines and jerking collages. Each frame is a 10 x 15 cm cardboard that Peter Larsson has cut, painted and photographed. The sound of plonking buckets, rustling paper, a toy keyboard and wobbly cassette tapes, gives body and space to the moving pictures. What is it like to talk through a hole at 24 frames per second?
